Villas are fully furnished and fitted to a high standard, what can be called modern functional luxury. The villa is composed with a master bedroom with a King-size bed with a superb quality mattress that will contribute to a peaceful and resting sleep.
2 extra persons can sleep in the lounge either with a foldable highly comfortable double bed or a portable single bed.

Each Villa has a large outdoor terrace, ideal for lunches, sundowners or candlelight dinners

All guests are welcomed by Vila Balaia representative , that will perform the checkin inside the villa. All details of the house and equipment will be properly explained and a contact will be given to all guests, to ensure that all guests requests and needs will be handled properly and efficiently, by our management staff

About Us

Vila Balaia offers self-contained luxury villas set within landscaped gardens with outdoor heated pool in the sea-side resort of Albufeira.

All villas have been decorated in 2022 with modern furnishings and feature a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. They open on to a private furnished deck overlooking the gardens and the outdoor pool.

Guests can cook their own meals or enjoy late afternoon cocktails in their private terrace . In evenings, there are plenty of beach terrace cafes and restaurants wher guest can enjoy fresh fish and seafood, cookked to evryone´s taste.

Vila Balaia is situated just 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach , called Sta Eulalia or you may also try the fantastic Falesia beach with 7 kms, which is just 10 minutes away by car and elected the 7th best beach in the world by Conde Nast Travel

Guests can also enjoy activities such as hiking and biking through the natural green surroundings or a game of tennis in one of the 4 tennis courts.

Oura area, is a 10-minute drive away by car and has many restaurants, clubs and bars. Free private parking is also available in front of your villa.
